Premium
Sign in to see your passes. Premium is attached to your account, so it follows you to every device.
Your courses
Passes never renew and never charge you again. Buying another pass while one is running adds its days on after the current one ends, so nothing is lost.

No purchases yet.
Refunds
You can refund a pass yourself, in full, within 7 days of buying it, from its entry above. The pass ends straight away and the money goes back to your card, usually within 5–10 business days. Each account gets one refund; after that, or after 7 days, passes can’t be refunded. Full terms are on the Terms page.
Receipts & help
- Receipts and invoices — on our payment provider, Polar. Sign in there with the email you paid with.
- NREMT pass guarantee: held an NREMT pass and didn’t pass the exam? Email us and we’ll extend your pass free until you do.
- Sync, sign out and delete your account are in the menu under your name, top right. Backups and your data are on the Privacy page.
